Shabna is a 500-Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher, and co-founder of Revive Holistic Wellness – the only studio in Colombo offering both Pilates and Yoga.
With a background in social media management, marketing and PR, as well as journalism, Shabna’s creativity stems from her love for nature, simplicity and balance. She loves exploring different styles of yoga, offering a combination at Revive; rooted in mindfulness, harmony and sensation over shape.
Her key emphasis lies in the simple philosophy of living better – in mind, in body as well as in spirit.
Molly is the Wellness Director for Sama Retreats. With over 15 years of teaching experience, she shares her knowledge of Hatha, Vinyasa, Therapeutic, Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra, blending these with her deep understanding of history, philosophy, meditation, mantra, and mysticism.
She is a devoted Practitioner of Ayurveda and loves to share the art of the holistic lifestyle and mind-body healing. In addition to her training with Yoga and Ayurveda masters worldwide, she draws from diverse studies, including dance, fitness, anatomy, massage therapy, herbalism, and various healing modalities.
She finds joy in nature, travelling, ceremony, celebration, and promoting health and happiness for all beings.
