Rangi is a Dance Movement Therapist and Movement Artist dedicated to community empowerment and personal growth, particularly for women. She is the creator of the globally recognized Sync & Move method, which has impacted over 1,500 practitioners across 15 countries, blending Sri Lankan cultural traditions with contemporary European practices.
Also a certified yoga instructor, meditation coach, and expert in the mind-body connection, Rangi has received extensive dance training in Sri Lankan dance, Latin American, contemporary, and hip hop. She incorporates somatic movement practices and Laban movement analysis to lead transformational workshops and retreats focused on self-exploration, empowerment, and healing.
As a recognized leader, Rangi has trained with renowned experts, including the GAGA movement language intensive in New York & Berlin, a scholarship at SRH Heidelberg, and the American Dance Festival at Duke University. Her Sync & Move method has expanded to 100+ workshops in 15 countries, reaching over 5,000 people worldwide.
