Practicing yoga during her teenage years, Jules began to embark on learning yoga more deeply in January 2012. Her first teacher training was over twelve months in studying Amrit Yoga – Meditation in Motion. Jules was mentored for twelve months before being given the initiation to teach yoga. Developing a rich tapestry in yoga education since the completion of her first teacher training, she went on to study Prana Flow, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Reiki and Tantric Meditation.
Jules has been guided under many local and international teachers, namely under the tutelage of global Prana Flow Teacher Shiva Rea. Assisting Shiva in Australia and Costa Rica. Jules has since been leading retreats and training’s since 2016. Her teachings consist of mantras, mudras, pranayama, and asana, expanding into an embodied yogic journey. She encourages growth and interconnection of the physical and spiritual self within students, and seeks to help others thrive by nurturing their own body and soul wisdom through yoga.
